How I receive the horse determines how far I will get with the horse. This seems like it should be a no brainer. You would be surprised how many times I have horses dropped off for training / rehab and the owner gives me their expectations of where the horse should be when they go home. The owner bases their expectations on the money the are spending not the horse's mental and physical ability.
